Join us in us in February for our annual Coaching Conference exploring coaching for performance. For this popular event early booking is strongly advised.

The day will include tips from top coaches, real life case studies, opportunities for networking and more. The conference will bring together a range of experts to thoroughly explore how to create and maintain a coaching culture, by empowering your employees to meet their full potential.  This year's theme explores how coaching can run right through your organisation, from aligning coaching to your business plan and workforce strategy, through to bringing out the brilliance in your workforce and 'sew up' your success.

The East of England Local Government Association is committed to supporting the region in developing a coaching culture that helps organisations to build capacity and drive performance excellence. We are pleased to be hosting our fourth annual coaching conference, this year in partnership with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) - Europe’s foremost professional body for coaches and mentors whose focus is raising the profile of our profession and the quality of practice of our skills.

We promise to have an impressive line-up for this full day conference featuring a combination of keynote presentations as well as providing thought-provoking and participatory, practical workshop sessions that will explore coaching techniques you can use day to day in addition to specific coaching relationships.  You will take away from the event a range of valuable tools and resources to help support organisational change, and some new coaching skills to drive successful change within your organisation.

Stuart Haden, from the CIPD, will provide the opening keynote session: 'Coaching - Cult, Cure or Culture' and our closing keynote will be by Catherine Doherty, Fields of Learning.

Whether you are a coach from beginner, day to day line manager or through to professionally qualified, we will have something for you to support you in your ongoing development and practice.

The Conference will be an ideal networking opportunity for coaches, leaders and managers in the East of England Coaching Pool and outside of the Pool to meet and share coaching experiences.
