Julie Cooke

Julie joined the East of England LGA in 2019 and has worked in Local Government in the East of England since 2000 in senior management HR and OD roles.  Having worked at district level, she has led on work across a significant number of HR and OD related interventions/projects and has a wealth of both generalist and specialised experience in the sector.  Julie also undertakes Talent Bank assignment work including job evaluations/training, senior restructuring, recruitment and selection, Chief Executive appraisals and research projects.  Julie is also qualified to deliver a range of psychometric assessments to support and inform talent management for both recruitment and selection and individual/team development using tools such as Insights Discover, Quest Profiler and aptitude tests.  You can contact Julie at: julie.cooke@eelga.gov.uk.
