Carly Barker

Carly joined EELGA from Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils with experience of providing a wide range of HR advice and guidance in the private sector too.  Carly is CIPD level 7 qualified in Human Resource Management and has a passion for strategic HR and organisational development.  Carly pays attention to the operational details, alongside contributing to the development of people practices and procedures which help organisations achieve their aims and positively impact their workforces, stakeholders and communities.  Carly is passionate about the delivery of efficient, sustainable and effective HR approaches throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle and works to support the Employer Services team across multiple workstreams to help our member councils’ HR teams achieve these aims too.
